How To Book

Times are certainly changing, most Brides are now beginning to book Hair Stylist and Make-Up artist way in advance, I have recently had a bride book my services 18 months in advance.

I certainly recommend if you are interested in booking, to call or send an email as soon as you know you would like to book that Stylist or Make-Up artist.

To book Tomadon’s Mobile Hairdressing (Toni) to do your wedding Hair, it is best to make an initial enquiry regarding availability. If enquiring via email, some information that I will need to know is as follows:

  • Your name
  • Wedding date
  • Phone numbers
  • How many people having hair done (eg; 1 bride, 4 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, 1 mum, 1 grandmother)
  • Where you are getting ready on the day
  • Time you need to be ready on the day (what time photographer arriving before the ceremony – what time photographer wants your hair/make-up finished?)

Below is a little information regarding once you have booked, how to secure your booking.

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required, this is in case anyone else is interested in booking that date - you have a secure booking once deposit has been paid.

The $100 deposit is then deducted from the total, and the balance is paid on the wedding day.

The deposit can be organised after you have a hair trial - if you would like to have a trial soon. I can do a trial either on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or on a Saturday afternoon. Saturdays trials book up a few months in advance so get in early if you would like a Saturday appointment.

For the trial I ask if you could please come to me at Belmont (near Carindale), the cost of the hair trial is $50. It is not necessary for the whole bridal party to have trial, but some brides like to, and if you are all going out for the night, you certainly may like to.

The other option is to pay a deposit now - before having a trial, and then your trial can then be done as close as you wish to your wedding day. I recommend no later than 1 month before the wedding if at all possible. The deposit can be done via Internet banking, at the bank or cheque / money order.

If you would like any further information, or to book your wedding day / trial appointments please don't hesitate to call or send me an email.

Cheers  Toni
